These terms apply to heytyto.com and the services Hey Tyto provides. By using the site or our services, you agree to them. Hey Tyto is a PlainTalk company.

What we provide

Hey Tyto checks how AI assistants and search engines mention your business, recommends next steps, prepares website changes for your approval and reports results.

No guaranteed results

AI assistants and search engines are run by third parties and change often. We work to improve how often your business is mentioned, but we cannot guarantee any specific ranking, mention, lead or booked job.

Your approval and your content

We do not publish changes to your website without your approval. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for content you approve. You keep ownership of your content and data.

Accounts and connected tools

If you connect tools such as your CRM, you confirm you have the right to do so. You can disconnect them at any time. Our handling of that data is described in our privacy policy.

Analytics and cookies

The site uses cookies and may use analytics services, such as Google Analytics, to understand how it is used. See the analytics and cookies section of our privacy policy for details and your choices.

Free trial

New customers get a 15-day free trial, starting the day you finish setup. You can stop at any time during the trial and owe nothing. We confirm pricing with you before the trial ends, and we do not bill you unless you agree to continue.

Fees and cancellation

Plan prices and billing terms will be shown to you before any billing starts. Unless your plan says otherwise, you can cancel at the end of any billing period.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site or our services, try to access them in unauthorized ways or interfere with how they work.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Hey Tyto is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
